The Infusion Diary Application is a tool to help aid your recording of your infusions and is only available for patients which have been invited by their Consultants to use.

The Application consists of four elements Personal Information, Contacts, Infusion Diary and My Regimen.

Within the Personal Information section you can if you choose, record your name, allergies or sensitivities and any other relevant medical information.

Within the Contacts information section, you can choose to record your Immunology Centre address, telephone and email address details. You can also record your Immunology Specialist and Nurses name and telephone details, as well as your GPs details.

Both these sections are completely optional.

In the My Regimen section you can set up alarms to remind you when you have to infuse. Select the monthly infusion amount, frequency and time of infusion and turn on the reminder field.

The infusion diary, is the most important element to this Application, and will provide you and your clinical team, valuable information about your infusions.

The Infusion Diary consists of four sections, Diary, Infusion Site, Scanner and Summary.

The Diary enables you to record the duration of your infusion, the date and your current weight, as well as identifying regular medicines and other medicines that you might be taking at that time.

Recordings made in the weight and regular medicines will be carried forward to be displayed at your next infusion. These can be overridden at that time.

The Infusion Site allows you to select the site of the infusion; a prompt will inform you if you infused at that point on your last infusion.

The Scanner enables you to scan the Medical QR code on the box or the vial, this information is very important as it provides important information about the vial.

In the last section of the Infusion Diary you can see a Summary of all the details recorded. If you need to return to the previous sections of the diary, you can touch “back” to return to each stage.

Each section needs to be completed before enabling you to move to the next, and once completed the information needs to be submitted.
